summer cucurbits are the focus of the can jam this month. so get your thinking cukes on!

I'm going the boring route and attempting spicy dill pickles. I hate storebought pickles, so this month's going to be a challenge.

ReplyDeleteI love this month, I have already done two and hope to do at least one more! Of course that won't be the end. My cukes are just now coming in so I can't wait for the round up for new adventures.
ReplyDeleteSo far in my garden, I have one cuke that's 3" long and a whole bunch that are about 1". They're so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love that you included the pronunciation link. That's a great feature of The Free Dictionary. (Sometimes S and I make it say dirty words. I know, what are we, 12?) They have a great iPhone app, too. :-)
